About Our Office

Telephone Calls
The Center provides 24-hour, 7-day-a-week telephone coverage for our patients. During regular office hours, our staff is available to assist you with appointment scheduling, minor medical questions and concerns, prescription refills, and financial information. Patients requesting a prescription refill should have their pharmacy fax their request to our office. Our fax number is 770-926-0594.

Office Hours
Woodpark Medical Center is open 7 days a week for your medical needs and convenience.

Our office hours are:
Monday through Friday 8 AM - 8 PM
Saturday 8 AM - 4 PM. Sunday1 PM - 5 PM

During the week, all the providers are available for office visits or consultations. Weekend office hours are staffed by one provider. Patients are encouraged to make appointments for routine care during the extended office hours during the week. Weekend office visits are most often utilized for urgent or minor emergency needs. Woodpark Medical Center provides 24-hour, 7-day-a-week telephone coverage.

Medical Records and Confidentiality

A medical record for each patient that is treated at the Center is maintained in a central patient records area to maximize prompt processing of patient information.
Your medical records are private and confidential.

Financial Information

Payments
Payment of all services is due at the time of the visit, or, if you participate in a plan our office accepts, your plan will be billed accordingly. A mutual understanding of our fees and payment procedures is important. We will be happy to discuss financial matters regarding your medical service and treatment with you at any time.

Fee Structures
Our medical service and treatment fees are based on criteria relating to the test or procedure performed. By carefully and continuously reviewing our fees, we make every effort to contain medical costs and provide the finest care available.

Payment Plans
We understand there may be occasional instances when you are unable to pay the entire amount for services at the time they are rendered. Prior arrangements must be made with our Practice Administrator if you require a special payment plan. We are very willing to work with you to arrange a payment plan that is fair for everyone.

Insurance
Our office participates with most HMOs and PPOs. Please call to confirm that we are on your plan. Co-payments will be collected during your visit. Please remember your health insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company or governmental agency to pay for your medical care. However, your physician's bill is an agreement between you and your physician, and you are ultimately responsible for its payment, regardless of the status of your insurance.
