Michael G. Katopes,
M.D.
Diplomate
and Fellow, American Board of Family Practice
Dr. Katopes established his
medical practice in Woodstock in 1986. As the founder of
Woodpark Medical Center, Dr. Katopes has been very active
in the Cherokee County medical community helping to provide
primary and urgent care medical services. He has been a
leader in the medical community providing Cobb and Cherokee
County with modern technology and a skilled staff to treat
the residents. He was the first physician in Cherokee County
to provide extended and weekend hours. The medical office
has always been updated with new technology as it has become
available to insure patients receive the best possible medical
attention.
Being a forerunner on
the medical front it is no surprise that after many months
of research in the area of skin care services, Dr. Katopes
added yet another service to his patients in June, 2002.

Our
Staff
Along with Dr. Katopes, we employ a fine staff of physicians
and physician assistants. All of our medical staff are board
certified and maintain the highest standard of professional
qualifications.
We place high priority on the
quality of our office staff members and know you will feel
confident and comfortable in their care. Our clinical staff
is well trained and experienced in patient procedures and
treatments. Our ancillary personnel are certified and registered
to perform the tests required in the areas of radiology,
laboratory, and EKG. The Center's business office is staffed
with expertly trained employees who are well versed and
familiar with all major health plans.
